Welcome to ValuThis ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ValuThis website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

ValuThis is a South African ased service operated by us to provide AI-generated information about collectible items uploaded by users. We intend to operate globally, so please note that local laws may apply to you as a consumer. We may update these Terms from time to time (see Section 12 on Changes to Terms), and continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any revised Terms.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase credits or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

For clarity in these Terms, we use the following definitions:

• "Service" – The ValuThis website, mobile application, and related services that allow users to upload photos and receive AI-generated information (including item identity, estimated valuation range, historical context, market information, and comparable sales data).
• "User" (or "you") – Any individual accessing or using the Service. This includes both anonymous users and, in the future, registered account holders.
• "Content" – All material and information on the Service. This includes User Content and Service Content.
• "User Content" – Any content that you provide or upload to the Service, such as photographs of items, descriptions, or other data submitted for analysis.
• "Service Content" – All content provided by us through the Service (other than User Content), including AI-generated valuation results, text, images, software, and other materials or information on the platform.
• "Results" – The AI-generated output we provide to you when you use the Service (for example, identifications, estimated value ranges, historical information, market suggestions, and comparable examples with sale data).
• "Credits" – The digital credits or tokens you purchase (via PayPal or other authorized payment methods) and use to request analyses through the Service. Typically, a certain number of Credits are required per item valuation request.
